Contact · Six Engagement Paths

Pick the path that fits your reason for being here.

Silbad supports six different ways to engage, depending on where you are in the conversation. Pick the one that matches what you actually need; if none fits, the General Contact form below routes your message to the right team.

Self-Assessment

A short structured questionnaire — five clarifying questions — that produces a tailored picture of the regulatory regime you operate under and a brief recommendation of the Silbad product most relevant to your institution. Runs in your browser; results are not transmitted unless you choose to send them.

Information Materials

Limited-access professional information packs tailored to your role and the topics you specify — product fact sheets, regulatory mappings, deployment models, audit-evidence templates. Sent within two business days; no marketing list.

Demo

For each of our market products we offer a demo. The interactive interface is populated with pseudo sample data so you can familiarise yourself with the actual graphical environment we deliver — without the privacy or licensing constraints of real customer data.

Pilot

Run a Silbad product against your real environment under a controlled pilot scope — shadow mode, agreed KPIs, board-ready validation deck at the end. Typical pilot length is one quarter.

Consultation

A confidential, NDA-covered working session with Silbad specialists about your existing control framework. Typically a 60-minute call with the relevant subject-matter experts on our side. Useful when the question is a bit broader than a single product.

General Contact

For inquiries that do not fit any of the channels above — press and analyst questions, partnerships, public-engagement questions, and anything that simply does not have a category.

General Contact

Other reasons to write — partnerships, press, public engagement.

For now, the simplest route is the consultation channel; messages that do not fit a specific product or pilot reach the right person internally. If you have a press inquiry or an analyst request, please mention so explicitly so the message is routed appropriately.

For specific transactions or specific cases at your bank, please contact your bank directly — they are the institution accountable for your personal data and the only party with access to your records. Silbad cannot answer case-specific questions even when we operate at your bank; this is by design and described in more detail on the Public Engagement page.
